Cute, Clean Bungalow...The neighbors had a very loud, long party.
Positive: The location was wonderful and the host was easy to work with.
Negative: One of the neighbors had a very loud party that went to after one in the morning. We were unable to get a good night's sleep due to the noise. The host told me that he would discount my stay for the disturbance.

Very good other than weather did not cooperate, plans for baseball game were rained out!!
Positive: Close to water and easy access to Sarasota or Bradenton. Tucked in quiet neighborhood. Would be prefect for long term stay with kitchenette, I only stayed two days and was solo so did not utilize.
Negative: Nothing!! It was perfect for me and my needs. Clean and convenient.

Positive: The property is charmingly decorated, conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and owned by friendly, helpful and accessible people.
